Our Tot programs for children ages 2 to 3, introduce the HighScope curriculum to our youngest members! These programs celebrate being a toddler and set the stage for a lifetime of exploring, independence, and learning in our safe and dynamic classroom setting. The philosophies of our Tot programs are the same as our multiage classes, we’re hands on and not afraid to explore and get messy! Using the High Scope approach, children are involved in active, participatory learning experiences each week during their time at MCP. Through engaging hands-on activities and play, children are guided by teachers to interact with other students, learn self-help skills along with many other skills to build independence in a classroom setting.

At the Milford Cooperative Preschool we place emphasis on teaching our students the value of being a part of the MCP community, as well as enriching and supporting the community that has supported us since 1949! As a Tot Programs student, you are not required to fundraise or attend membership meetings; however, your child has access to all of the hands on, real life experiences sponsored by our cooperative families and the community!
